public final class VulkanMetricsHandler extends Object implements io.helidon.webserver.http.Handler
The metrics handler. The handler holds a registry with two long-lived collectors, one for instances and one for logical devices. Each collector is registered once and, on every scrape, reads the current set of live instances/devices and emits one labeled data point per item. Items that have been closed are pruned from the lists, so they simply stop being reported.
