Interface JCSwapchainExtentSupplierType

A supplier of the extent that a surface should have.

The swapchain manager calls the supplier when creating (or re-creating) swapchains, and on every image acquisition. The extent returned by the supplier is clamped to the range of extents supported by the implementation, and used as the extent of the swapchain images. If the extent reported by the supplier changes, the manager re-creates the swapchain with the new extent.

The supplier must be thread-safe: it may be called from the rendering thread.
